The 1st part of the meeting concentrated on administrative issues.

1. Contract

The Agreement will be online in Google drive and will be signed in the order of appearance.

2. Budget

The detailed budget is in Annex 2 of the Grant Agreement, per activity and number of staff involved, and also as a lump sum in the document I sent you by email which will also be part of the Agreement.

3. Templates

Attached you have all kind of templates useful for the project, including the templates for transnational meetings, project results, multiplier events and Lttas.

I kindly ask you to upload the timesheets for all staff (every month, or every three months, however you find it convenient). The number of hours you report in the project needs to be a multiple of 8, so 8-16-24 and so on.

Also after this meeting you should fill in the document of participation, and you will see in the Google drive I send you, there will be a folder for each university, for each specific activity.

4. Partners contact list

You need to provide contact details of the people in charge from your part concerning different activities in the project, so that everyone is invited for future meetings. I also need the financial responsible from each university, because we need to set up lots of aspects in terms of finance.

5. Interim Report

Before the interim report, July 2023, I shall let you know how you can contribute and the information we need from each of you with deadlines. Especially the documents you need to provide.

6. Handbooks

In the first months of the project we need to draft the Management Handbook, the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Plan and the Risk Plan. We shall draft them and make them available in Google Drive and I will send you emails concerning any information or help we may need from your side, and of course your feedback.

The Communication and dissemination plan was presented and we set up the next meeting regarding the technical activities in the project.
