The “Living Labs for the Students of the Future” (LLSF) project partners convened in Bucharest for their 4th Transnational Project Meeting, focusing on the refinement of key deliverables, Moodle course population, and planning for upcoming events.
Meeting Agenda and Opening Remarks
The meeting commenced with welcome and opening remarks, followed by a review of the minutes from the previous meeting. The agenda focused on discussing upcoming events, reviewing key deliverables, and addressing the integration of Moodle courses for the project’s master program development.
Deliverable Review and Refinement
The partners engaged in a detailed review of the following deliverables:
- R2.1 – Set of Components, Extensions, and Technologies Identified to Enable Interconnection: The identified components and technologies were thoroughly examined to ensure they aligned with the project’s objectives.
- R2.2 – Authorisation Mechanism for Secure Authentication and Access to Remote Labs: Discussions centered on refining the proposed mechanisms to enhance the security of remote lab access.
- R2.3 – Methodology to Integrate Identified Mechanisms into Existing Security Procedures: The integration strategy was assessed for compatibility with the current security frameworks of the partner institutions.
The team agreed to continue refining these deliverables to ensure they meet the project’s objectives.
Moodle Course Population and Master Programme Development
All participating institutions confirmed the successful population of Moodle with relevant courses designed for project implementation. The course content, based on topics covered during the Training Week, is intended to support the development of a new Master programme. The possibility of establishing this new Master programme will be explored in future meetings.
Upcoming Events and Workplan
The team reviewed the updated Workplan and confirmed individual responsibilities for the upcoming event in March. The dates for upcoming events were modified, and the updated Workplan was uploaded to the project’s Dropbox. The next scheduled event is confirmed to take place in Lisbon, in March.
Meeting Conclusions and Next Steps:
- Refinement of deliverables R2.1, R2.2, and R2.3 will continue.
- The Moodle course content will be used to support the development of a new Master programme.
- The updated Workplan is available on Dropbox.
