The meeting was conducted by Susanna Spinsante from Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona.
Madjid Zamiri from Uninova presented the Methodology for training toolkits necessary for the implementation and presented the sensors and infrastructure of the e-health model that Nova developed and students and professors can use. He also provided examples of how to arrange and prepare toolkits for smartlab.
Susanna said Italy can try to replicate and use the tools proposed and Tal wants to propose first a model for teaching and learning in the lab that could be implemented as a prototype.
Mar presented A3 – accessibility criteria for the platform interface.
Tal enquired if the accessibility is achievable and who will be supervising it, because specific issues related to the technical aspects of the platform must be supervised.
Everyone agreed that there should be an additional TPM during the event in the training week in September in Bucharest.
Susanna presented IO2 and A3&4.
Tal presents designing the grid and of the platform, and will send a questionnaire on the type of collaboration: we should decide if we keep the components centralized or individualized.
Susanna asks if there will be distributed instances in Moodle and Madjid proposes a model of open collaboration.
Susanna says each partner has to think how to reach the end user and define all aspects of the modules to be integrated in the platform and the technical aspect of implementation.
Rafael presents their work on the accessibility toolkit and software specifications, and says Nova is ready for preparing for training and testing the interconnected smart lab; he also gave details about the catalogue of courses.
Susanna presents IO3 with a Report about the disciplines and the target to adapting the set of master classes.
There are talks about the train the trainers week in September in Bucharest, administrative issues regarding the logistic of the week and the Event – official launch.
There are also administrative issues discussed by Oana about the interim report and the need to finalize all deliverables.
